The second concert of the HKW takeover, 'The Possibility of Unreason', brings together pop hybrids, club aesthetics, and digital imagery. Domiziana, Wa22ermann and the DJ duo Drunken Masters represent a generation that deliberately dissolves the boundaries between musical genres and redefines identity, the body and the public sphere.
Their performances combine hyper-aesthetic staging with sound experiments and social references, which are often broken in an ironic manner and always provide a physical experience.
The venue, the garden in front of the Chancellery, provides an appropriate setting for the evening, striking a balance between institution and irritation, power architecture and pop-cultural counter-speech. This creates a tension that transcends the moment.
Thus, the concert is not only a musical event, but also a commentary on the present: loud, multi-layered and deliberately unreasonable.
