Peter Funk is a specialist in Hawaiian slack-key guitar playing as well as the Weissenborn lap steel guitar. His musical journey is based on the motto "the sound of blues & steel guitar" and oscillates between lyrical South Sea melodies, driving country blues, and ragtime instrumentals.
Host Ian Melrose is one of Europe's most renowned fingerstyle guitarists. His playing takes him "from Celtic roots to new acoustic guitar." With artistic maturity, stylistic openness to new soundscapes, and instrumental brilliance, he transforms every piece of music into a magical melody.
