The park railway takes Santa Claus
After the busy weeks leading up to Christmas, Santa Claus heads home on December 26th – but because his sleigh is currently in the shop, he's taking the park railway this year.

The steam-hauled train with heated carriages runs from 10:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 2:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. On Line 1, it departs every 30 minutes from the park railway's main station and stops at Eichgestell, Badesee, and the railway depot.
The Badesee station is about a 10-minute walk from the Wuhlheide S-Bahn station. At Eichgestell station, visitors can enjoy children's punch, mulled wine, freshly baked waffles, and a small souvenir shop. The train ride can also be interrupted once at this station.
The approximately 30-minute round trip costs €6.50 for adults and €5.00 for children. Reservations are not required.
