„Serious Music“ with Nikala Zubiashvili (Live electronics)
"Berlin Tracks – Music of the City at the Konzerthaus" is the name of the new concert series, featuring four events this season featuring Berlin musicians and ensembles who combine classical Western music from various eras with styles native to the city – from folklore to soul to electropop.

Giorgi Gigashvili found his way to the piano via Georgian folk songs and pop music – today, he tours the international stage as a multi-award-winning pianist. In his program Serious Music, the Berlin resident returns to electropop and, with curiosity and stylistic awareness, poses the question: What actually makes music "serious"?
