Even today, people have to work under forced or precarious conditions. The workshop builds a bridge from Nazi forced labour to the present day:
Who produced my smartphone? Under what circumstances are football stadiums built for the World Cup? Where do my tomatoes come from?
While an embedding in the context of human rights is part of the workshop, the differences to Nazi forced labour are also to be worked out and clarified.
The question of options for action remains central - then as now.
