Get to know forgotten fashion designers like Joe Strassner, Jacques Hobe, Olga de Bayer, and Clara Schultz – stars of the Berlin fashion world 100 years ago.
The recently published, new standard work on the history of "Fashion City Berlin" by Dr. Gesa Kessemeier will be presented – a kaleidoscope of creative Berlin 100 years ago.
Accompanying the book presentation, you can view original objects from the private collections of Julia Schwarz and Gesa Kessemeier, as well as selected treasures from the Art Library's Fashion Image Collection, on display for the first time.
