The immersive exhibition experience

The world-famous surrealist paintings of Salvador Dalí are brought to life in a lavish immersive exhibition. After London and Barcelona, visitors can now embark on an impressive journey through the poetic and fantastic universe of the Spanish multi-talent at the Neuköllner Speicher.

Masterful art meets state-of-the-art technology - a symbiosis that will carry Dalí's genius into a new age and make it unforgettable.

Salvador Dalí was a Spanish painter, graphic artist, writer, sculptor and stage designer. One of the main representatives of Surrealism, he is one of the most famous painters of the 20th century. "The Permanence of Memory", an oil painting depicting three melting pocket watches, is probably his best-known painting.

Born in Catalonia in May 1904, he took the name of his brother who had died nine months earlier. Perhaps this awakened in him his originality and the will to prove his uniqueness to all the world.

Dalí began his training at the Madrid Academy, but was expelled from it because of his rebellious behaviour. In 1928 he joined the circle of the Surrealists. There he met Gala. She became his muse, companion, later wife and model for numerous paintings.

Salvador Dalí is an artist whose provocations shocked the art world. He is undoubtedly
one of the most enigmatic personalities in the history of art.

The immersive exhibition allows visitors to get a closer look at the artist's open, ambitious, provocative and scientific way of thinking through interactive installations, large-format projections, holograms, virtual reality and AI.

From October 2023, the incomparable universe of the artistic genius will come to life and visitors are invited to immerse themselves in his world.
