Sabine Winterfeldt & Stephan Noel Lang_Flyer
Stephan Noel Lang (electric piano & composition) and Sabine Winterfeldt (actress & singer) will treat the audience to a mixture of concert, reading and chanson evening. They will perform texts by Erich Mühsam and songs by Bettina Wegner, Rio Reiser and others on the theme of war and peace.
Stephan Noel Lang studied jazz piano at the Amsterdam Conservatory. In 1992, he moved to Berlin and spent the following years playing with numerous musicians from the capital's jazz scene. In early 2000, he founded his own trio, which he expanded into a quintet in 2009. Together with two musicians from the Berlin State Opera, he has also formed the Oblivion Trio since 2013. Lang has created music for several theatre and TV productions and works as a lecturer at municipal music schools in Berlin.
Sabine Winterfeldt is an actress, screenwriter, theatre and dubbing director and voice artist. She completed her training in London, Berlin and New York. Since 1990, she has been working in Berlin as an actress, voice artist and dialogue director in successful films and TV series. She has carried out theatre and film projects in prisons, created a play for the German organisation Violence Prevention Network and made the short film ‘West Side Berlin’ with pupils from the Ernst Schering School in Wedding.
