On 5 September, from 6 p.m. to midnight, Kaox Türri will open its doors for an exhibition entitled ‘Between Lines and Colours’ as part of the Long Night of Pictures. The exhibition will feature works by three artists who express their view of the world in very different ways.

The illustrations and works by Lilly Tomec, Katja Jandrijasevic and Lord Ferkel open up a space for personal interpretations – without imposing any preconceived readings.

Lord Ferkel
Hailing from the Lichtenberg district, LordFerkel has been expressing his creative thoughts with acrylic on canvas since 2021. His works are characterised by expressive landscapes and surreal scenes that always leave room for interpretation.
The exhibition is complemented by the music of the artist, who is a multi-instrumentalist and runs the pop-punk project ‘Garantierte Erpelpelle’. Live music will accompany the event and further enrich the atmosphere. Lyric videos documenting the creation of his works in fast motion can also be found on his YouTube channel.
Katja Jandriasevic (K2J000)
Born in Berlin, Katja expresses her creative energy primarily through abstract painting. After training as a dental technician, she discovered her passion for acrylic on canvas, which she has developed through self-study. Her works are the result of creative experiments with various techniques and materials. Katja has already had several exhibitions, including her largest in 2024 at the RK Galerie in Lichtenberg Town Hall.
Lilly Tomec
Lilly Tomec lives in Berlin and works as a freelance graphic designer. During the coronavirus pandemic, she returned to drawing and developed her own style. The creative process begins in sketchbooks, where she jots down initial ideas before developing them further digitally. Scenes and situations from everyday life are illustrated with quirky, endearing characters that everyone can relate to. The result is emotional images that make you think or smile and leave room for individual interpretation.
