
DJ series Berlin Beats in the garden of the Hamburger Bahnhof
From 13 June 2025, the Hamburger Bahnhof will be celebrating Berlin's electronic music culture for the third time with the DJ series Berlin Beats.
In the past two years, a total of over 100,000 visitors danced in the museum's garden during the summer months.
This year's edition of Berlin Beats will kick off with alys(alys)alys B2B STILL on Friday, 13 June, from 7 to 10 pm for the admission-free open house weekend.
The following events will take place every Thursday from 19 June to 28 August 2025 from 7 pm to 10 pm. Admission to the events is free.

Friday, 13 June 2025, 7 pm to 10 pmalys(alys)alys is a Brazilian-born DJ and producer who combines experimental club music with pop-cultural absurdities and playful genre shifts. The Milan-based artist STILL explores hybrid forms of digital dancehall and sound art. Together they present a cross-genre B2B set. The event is part of the admission-free weekend "Open House. Open House Days" (13-15 June 2025). Presented by Kuboraum Editions.
Thursday 19 June 2025, 7-10pm
Nkisi is a London-based artist born in the Congo region. Her work explores the intersection of rhythm, ritual and sonic experimentation. Combining music, performance and a deep engagement with traditional sound practices, she creates immersive sets that explore memory, movement and collective experience. Presented by Kuboraum Editions.

Techno activist and vinyl advocate Freddy K has been shaping the scene since the 1990s. As the owner of the KEY Vinyl label, he is known for his long, energetic sets and his deep commitment to the dancefloor - both on the decks and behind the scenes.

Courtesy is a Danish artist and DJ who lives and works in Berlin. She is known for her cross-genre sets between house and Detroit electro, which impress with a fine sense of sound and flow.

Detroit legend DJ Stingray 313 is a defining figure in electro. Masked and uncompromising, he brings bass-heavy, futuristic sets to clubs and festivals - deeply rooted in the history of underground electronic music. Presented by Kuboraum Editions.
Thursday, 17 July 2025, 7 to 10 pm
Ziúr combines raw abstraction with emotional depth - inspired by punk, noise and experimental club music. Her sets transcend genre boundaries and unfold as intense sonic narratives. She performs in clubs, at festivals and in art spaces, constantly exploring new sonic possibilities. Presented by Kuboraum Editions.

AGY3NA's sets combine house and electro with elements of 1990s club culture. Influenced by Afrofuturism and
his perspective as a Black artist who grew up in Germany, he creates playful, rhythm-driven mixes based on emotion, memory and personal storytelling.

As one of the most influential artists of her generation, Ellen Allien embodies the essence of techno: a visionary who draws inspiration from the future, forges her own path and has built a creative empire that has infused techno, rave and club culture with her very own DNA.

Sarah Farina is an international DJ, producer and curator whose cross-genre “rainbow bass” sound combines futuristic beats and diverse timbres. In addition to her Emergent Bass event series, which celebrates Afro-diasporic influences, she is also involved in the Transmission project, which focusses on the political dimension of global club and rave culture.

Ogazón is an artist who is completely dedicated to the spirit of her music. Between house and techno, she creates atmospheric sets with fluid transitions and narrative depth. The result is sonic journeys full of emotion that get the dancefloor moving.

S-candalo is a sibling duo with Colombian and Chilean roots who grew up in Germany. In their sets, they fuse melodies from the 1990s with playful club tracks - infused with Queen and queer energy, which they also bring to their party series ‘La Noche’.

Nick Höppner found his creative home in Berlin in the early 2000s. Since then, he has been curiously exploring and enriching the city's musical spectrum. He is regarded as one of the key players in today's house and techno scene.
Admission to the ‘Berlin Beats’ events is free, no registration necessary.
The restaurant at Hamburger Bahnhof offers a changing street food and drinks menu in the garden.
To kick things off on Friday, 13 June 2025, on the occasion of the weekend "Open House. Open House" weekend, admission to all exhibitions is also free until 10 pm. On the other dates, the exhibitions will be open until 8 pm and accessible with a valid museum ticket.
