Melodies that moved the world
The duo “con emozione”, featuring the two well-known artists Liane Fietzke (soprano) and Norbert Fietzke (piano), offers concertgoers a fantastic programme of love songs from musicals such as “Can-Can”, “The Wizard of Oz”, “Song and Dance”, ‘My Fair Lady’, ‘Sunset Boulevard’, ‘The Phantom of the Opera’, ‘Girl Crazy’, ‘The Csárdás Princess’ and ‘The Merry Widow’ – interspersed with entertaining anecdotes about the content or the creators of each piece.

You will recognise many of the melodies you hear, and may even know the lyrics. It is an enjoyable, thoughtful and melancholic mix of songs.
The audience will experience a highly energetic performance. This concert programme is brilliant and sensitive, entirely in keeping with the duo's name: “con emozione”. Goosebumps guaranteed.

The duo ‘con emozione’, Liane Fietzke (soprano/presenter) and Norbert Fietzke (piano), have been working together musically for many years. They both received their training at the Felix Mendelssohn Bartholdy University of Music in Leipzig. Further studies followed in Cologne and Weimar. Their concert tours have taken them throughout Germany and Switzerland. The centre of their life and work is the Havelland region. The duo “con emozione” lives and works in the Havelland region.
