The "nest" of Eisspatz (ice cream sparrow) is located in Weißensee, and is as colourful as its ice creams. With more than 40 varieties made from their very own recipes, there are genuinely unique flavours alongside all the classics. Have you ever heard of vanilla ice cream with Styrian pumpkin seed oil and roasted pumpkin seeds or yam yam brownie with sweet potato and chocolate brownie ice cream? There is guaranteed to be something new here for any ice connoisseur to marvel at and try. The cake selection, with homemade apple strudel and waffles, is also popular in winter. The ice cream ingredients are regional and some even come from the owner’s own garden. Recently, the company is also planning ice cream workshops where participants can make their own ice cream creations.
