Exhibition at the Spandau Church Museum
Spandovia Sacra – Museum of St. Nicholas Berlin-Spandau presents its 16th annual Nativity scene exhibition, featuring nativity scenes from the collection of Marlies Kluge-Cwojdzinski. This year, they selected only wooden Nativity scenes. Wood is an readily available material, used worldwide to create both everyday objects and works of art.
Gudrun Speidel has arranged the display cases with her customary mastery. Alongside the Nativity scenes, Advent calendars collected by Ingrid Andriessen-Beck are also on display.
