Discover stories of people from the neighbourhood who have transformed urban wastelands into their own personal ‘playgrounds’.
At the end, everyone is invited to tea and cake in the community garden – please bring your own cup.
Meeting point: 1:45 p.m., courtyard of the Brotfabrik (Caligariplatz 1, 13086 Berlin) Participation is free of charge, donations are welcome.
The walk will be conducted in German and English. Please bring headphones, water and a small snack if necessary.
The route is approximately 2.5 km long. Some sections can be covered by tram or bicycle. Some of the paths are unpaved, and some locations are only accessible via stairs.
