Blue Nile


In a most colourful atmosphere, within two modern furnished rooms, the traditional Ethiopian cuisine is handed onto reed tables. Eating is done either with the right hand, in which one dips and wraps the food into the flatbread, or with silverware. On the weekends, beginning at 20:00, the coffee ceremony takes place. Thereby, one can watch over the coffee roasting done by traditionally clothed Africans.
