The Berliner Schokoladen Manufaktur 31° operates on the bean-to-bar principle, meaning that it oversees every step in the production process from the raw cocoa bean to the finished chocolate bar. Its products range from bars to pralines to spreads. The Manufaktur also exclusively uses healthy ingredients with little sugar and no allergens, palm oil, or preservatives.
At the Manufaktur’s many workshops you can not only immerse yourself in the world of cacao, but also be led through the process of making your own chocolate.
