Israel meets Mexico

Fusion cuisine with a difference. At Amigo Cohen, the new restaurant in the Hotel Romy by Amano at the main station, chef Shimon Peretz takes you on a culinary journey to Mexico and Israel. In addition to the homemade signature tacos and freshly prepared guacamole, the menu also includes tamales, shrimp, octopus and fish. The kitchen uses an exciting mix of spices, borrowing from the flavours of Tulum and Tel Aviv.

In addition to surprising dishes that draw on the cuisine of both countries, there is of course a large selection of tequila and mezcal on the menu. As soon as the weather gets warmer, the hotel's terrace is also open.
