Salim grows up with his family in Adana until he is sent to live with his uncle in Istanbul. While working in his uncle's kebab shop, he witnesses events that send him on a path of no return.

Once again, Salim is confronted with the feeling that has accompanied him since childhood and that he knows better than any other: powerlessness. But fate has another twist in store for him. In the end, Salim poses a question to the audience: What is harder to bear—the "if only" or fate itself?
