25 November is the International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women. Together with the Soroptimist International Club Berlin-Charlottenburg and under the patronage of the District Mayor of Charlottenburg-Wilmersdorf, Kirstin Bauch, WILMA is once again sending a clear message on Orange Day 2025 to draw attention to violence against women, raise awareness and highlight specific offers of help.
The topic of digital violence will also be in focus, with the ‘Verein Deutschland sicher im Netz e. V. (DsiN)’ providing practical tips on how to defend yourself against hate and incitement on the internet at an information stand.
The highlight of Orange Day 2025 will be the large-scale awareness campaign from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. in the pedestrian zone in front of WILMA Shoppen – a public signal of solidarity, courage and support.
