Vine juice for Ruprecht

On 13 and 14 December, starting at noon, the distinctive octagonal fountain on Ludwig-Beck-Platz will once again be filled with the scent of cinnamon and Pinot Noir. Family-run wineries, regional manufacturers and creative artisans, together with organiser Family & Friends e. V., invite you to enjoy stylish moments of indulgence by candlelight.

Following its successful premiere in 2024, the WEINachtsmarkt is back 2025.

Anyone who wants to celebrate the third weekend of Advent in style, with good food and a glass of fine wine, will find just what they are looking for here at Ludwig-Beck-Platz.

In addition to the popular Christmas entertainment, arts and crafts and culinary delights, selected family-run wineries from Germany will be presenting their wines and offering helpful tips on the perfect wine to accompany your Christmas dinner.

All in all, the exhibitors at the WEINachtsmarkt at Ludwig-Beck-Platz on the third weekend of Advent in 2025 will ensure pre-Christmas and atmospheric encounters in the neighbourhood – thanks to Family & Friends, who had this grandiose idea and are implementing it.

Mulled wine or Pinot Gris? The main thing is to enjoy yourself!

Many family-run wineries and young winemakers appreciate the wonderful atmosphere of Berlin's Christmas markets and are always happy to present their wines, which are produced with passion and a great deal of expertise.
This time, the three wineries Holdenried, Zehnthof Eller and Christian Kupper from Germany's largest wine-growing region, Rheinhessen – known for its dry white wines – will be present. The Koch family of winemakers from Franconia will also be present with their finely fruity wines of great finesse, mature wines of style and elegance, and Franconian treasures.

Crafts and design for the festive season

The stalls at the WEINachtsmarkt will once again offer wonderful crafts and design objects for people looking for very special, individual gifts.

Right in the middle of it all: Christmas jazz & jingles

The three musicians of the Jazz-Nikoläuse play Christmas carols, swing and Dixieland on trumpet, vocals, banjo and sousaphone in Santa Claus outfits – and once again engage in a musical interplay with the Jazz-Polizei: This troupe is an ingenious mixture of marching band and improvisational theatre and entertains with New Orleans music and improv shows featuring megaphone solos.

Crafts and delicacies
The smell of roasted almonds and chestnuts hangs in the air, making it hard to decide what to try first.
