Renowned jazz musician and ECHO Award winner Peter Fessler (also known for his global hit New York-Rio-Tokyo) and opera singer Ulf Dirk Mädler (with the Berlin and Hamburg State Opera, among others) create something entirely new through the fusion of classical singing and jazz music.

Fessler Mädler Rennefeld
Fessler & Mädler have created not only unusual versions of German folk songs and Italian classics, but also well-known pop songs and jazz standards, as well as arrangements of works by classical composers.
Fessler & Mädler: these are two outstanding voices from classical and jazz music in a completely new polyphonic fusion with the concert guitar.
Their first CD, "Crossroads," was released in autumn 2020, followed by the Christmas CD "Leise rieselt der Schnee" (Snow Falls Softly) in 2022.
Since 2024, drummer and producer René Rennefeld (who discovered Lou Bega's Mambo No. 5, among others) has repeatedly brought new color to the duo's music with his sensitive rhythmic accompaniment, expanding the duo to the trio "Fessler-Mädler-Rennefeld."
