Estonian Comedians bring the Heat to European Stages this October
The comedy scene in Tallinn is heating up this autumn. Three Estonian comedians – Sille-Kadri Simer, Sandra Tiitson and Jana Levitina – are joining forces with other Eastern European colleagues for ‘Too Hot for Sauna’, a new international stand-up tour that will stop in Berlin, Brussels and Luxembourg at the end of October.
Organised by Tallinn-based NGO Pussy Jam Comedy, the show presents Estonian voices on international stages – from sharp satire and dry humour to playful audience interaction and heart-warming stories.
- Berlin – 28 October, Das Gift (8 p.m.)
The Estonian cast
Sille-Kadri Simer (@sillekadri) – Winner of The Gong Show (Tallinn Fringe) and Roast Battle Tallinn 2025, Sille-Kadri is known as ‘The Comedy Barbie’: dry, razor-sharp and playfully offensive.Sandra Tiitson (@averagecatlady) – Sandra is the first Estonian to reach the semi-finals of the Funny Women Stage Awards in London. Her comedy combines colourful charm with honest reflections on depression, dating and everyday absurdities.
Jana Levitina (@barcreature) – Jana is a trilingual comedian who performs in English, Estonian and Russian. Her surreal humour draws on everything from living in a basement to her cat Alexy Normalny.
They are joined by Belarusian-born Evil Sasha and Moscow-born Tatiana Akopova, who complete the strong FLINTA* line-up.
‘Estonian comedy is on the rise, and it's exciting to take our voices abroad. We want to show that Baltic humour is just as intelligent, fearless and funny as anywhere else,’ says Sille-Kadri Simer.
