International Short Film Festival Berlin: SPECIALS
"Colonial Continuities" presents short films from the PALOP nations – an acronym for the African countries where Portuguese is an official language. The works here reflect on the colonial past and its reverberations into the present, shedding light on memories, identities and post-colonial scars.
