Cinema Surreal
Almost every moviegoer is familiar with the classic film Easy Rider, which captures the spirit of America's roaring 1960s. Hardly anyone is familiar with The Trip, which was produced shortly before with the same lead actor and perhaps portrays the subject more honestly, or at least more realistically. The screenplay was written by Jack Nicholson, who achieved success as an actor in Easy Rider.
