To kick off the season, Theater o.N., Schaubude Berlin, and FELD Theater are jointly raising awareness of the Berliner Schaufenster – Im Notfallmodus (Berlin Showcase – In Emergency Mode). From October 9 to November 23, 2025, the festival will present 14 current productions from Berlin for children ages 2 and up.

Cultural participation for the youngest. A shared mission for art and politics!

The event invites politics, education, and theater to engage in dialogue:
How can cultural participation be secured and strengthened for Berlin's youngest citizens?
Although theater visits are a recognized first point of contact with art and cultural education for children under 6, structural problems, limited funding, and the current budget situation threaten the offerings for this important audience.
