Retrospective Festival ꟾ 10 Years of Comedy Café Berlin

With over 3,000 shows, thousands of spectators and hundreds of comedians, Comedy Café Berlin has been reliably bringing laughter to the city for 10 years.

To celebrate the anniversary, there will be a four-day retrospective festival featuring many of the shows that have shaped the stage over the last ten years, including ‘piffle!’, ‘It's That Time of the Month’, ‘The Wandering Barman’ and ‘Harold Night’.

The four-day celebration includes a curated programme of comedy shows that have shaped the theatre's unique identity and its lasting influence on Berlin's comedy scene.

This includes popular long-form improvisation formats, sketch shows and experimental comedy productions that have pushed the boundaries of traditional performances.

The Comedy Café Berlin has become synonymous with innovation in long-form improvisational comedy, an art form that was still relatively unexplored in continental Europe when the CCB opened its doors.

An international Hub in the Heart of Europe

The CCB has established itself as a magnet for international comedy talent, regularly hosting artists from across Europe, North America and beyond.

The venue's English-language programme has forged a unique bridge between the German and international comedy communities, promoting cultural exchange and artistic collaboration.
A legacy of artistic excellence As it enters its second decade, Comedy Café Berlin remains committed to its original mission of artistic excellence, community building and innovation in the art of comedy.

The 10th anniversary celebrations will take place at Comedy Café Berlin from 1 to 4 October 2025.
