Watering Eye process their musical influences from folk and world music into a completely unique form of pop music. Vocally, the songs are carried by Jana Koch and guitarist Oz Camera. The English and German lyrics as well as the compositions and arrangements mostly come from the band itself.

In terms of instrumentation, the range extends from cello to drums, Chapman Stick, mandolin, and classical guitar, but also beyond. And although the band has existed for 25 years, they have only recently become really active again – in a new lineup and with fresh energy, they enchant both ears and hearts alike.
