The Heimaten Festival for Plural Democracy at the Volksbühne Berlin is dedicated to the question: "Who owns the city?"
Through discussions, artistic contributions, and participatory formats, we will explore how urban spaces can be designed, used, and reclaimed – by everyone who lives in them.
