The German Historical Museum invites you on an exciting discovery tour around the oldest building on the magnificent Unter den Linden boulevard – accompanied by a creative workshop within the museum. In the first part of the program, participants explore the Baroque armory from the outside – equipped with binoculars.

The focus is on the numerous sculptures and decorations. Together, they will puzzle over what "stuff" was once stored inside, discover magnificent coats of arms with crowns, and learn how someone was crowned king in the first place.

On the facade, participants will look for dragons, mermaids, and other mysterious mythical creatures hiding there. After a short break for refreshments, the collected impressions will be processed playfully and creatively in the workshop. With self-made crowns and colorful coats of arms, everyone will bravely enter the world of fantasy – ready to conquer dragons and invent their own stories.

Since the tour takes place outdoors, please dress appropriately for the weather.
