Under the title ‘Abstracted Chemistry’ nüüd.berlin gallery presents a new series of works by the German-Danish artist Bo Larsen – a consistent further development of his expressive painting style, which moves between abstract expressionism, experimental surface design and emotional depth.

Following the NEON and TWENTIES – GOLDEN? series, Bo Larsen now turns his attention to the invisible: the biochemical processes within us that control our feelings and perceptions.
The new works impress with their complex layering, luminous yet melancholic colour worlds and a visual language that makes tangible what is not visible – the emotional centre of our humanity.
