It is dark. There is nothingness. Then there is heaven and earth. Sun and moon. Plants and animals. And finally – man. Two clowns create a world for themselves. A world full of vitality and possibilities, yet the two repeatedly find themselves in arguments and violent clashes.

Thus, the two play their way through history. With them, the audience looks back on Cain and Abel, the Crusades and religious wars, the Inquisition and witch burnings, as well as Napoleon and the war for oil. They would have murdered each other long ago, were it not for the wise clown, who tries to show them new horizons through peace and love.
Will all three of them be able to dine together peacefully in the end?
