
Experience the universe at night: For the Long Night of Museums on August 30, the Planetarium Berlin Foundation is offering a varied evening program for young and old.
In the Berlin observatories you can experience professionally guided observations of the sky with large telescopes, while in the Zeiss large planetarium you can embark on an impressive journey through the universe under the 360° fulldome.
The program in the Archenhold Observatory:

Stars over Berlin (in the Zeiss small planetarium)Discover the fantastic starry sky of our star projector. Afterwards you will be an expert and recognize every star over Berlin!

Join us on a short trip into space - out to the planets, stars and galaxies. You don't have to complete any astronaut training, because you'll be sitting comfortably in our planetarium chairs.

A waxing moon in the evening sky, later Saturn and objects in the fixed star sky. Take a look into space with us!
Please buy separate free tickets for the individual events at our ticket offices with your ticket for the Long Night of Museums. These are available 45 minutes before the start of each event.
Shuttle buses will be provided for travel to the Archenhold Observatory and the Wilhelm Foerster Observatory.

Saver tickets are available for €15 instead of €23 from 1 August 2025 to 17 August 2025.
Registration/booking:
Tickets can be purchased at the official ticket shop of the Long Night of Museums and at the Berlin Tourist Information offices of visitBerlin. On 30 August 2025, tickets will be available on site at the ticket offices of the participating venues.
Please note that you can only visit the individual events of the Planetarium Berlin Foundation with a ticket for the Long Night of Museums.
Children under 12 years of age are admitted free of charge, but require a free children's ticket.
With your ticket, you can visit all participating museums and use the Long Night shuttle buses.
