Summertime always means festival time – especially in Berlin. Following its debut last year, the FERAL FOLK FESTIVAL is taking place again this year.

Feral Folk Festival 2025_Key Visual
A total of nine international singer-songwriters from Berlin's folk and alternative scene will be performing on the open-air stage in Weißensee, creating the very special atmosphere of this small but exquisite festival.
Originally born out of the ‘Pop im Kiez’ initiative, this ‘promising new discovery in Berlin's festival calendar’ (schubladenfrei.com) is organised by British musicians Roxy Rawson and Cameron Laing.
The festival sees itself as a platform for showcasing outstanding folk and folk-related artists, with a focus on Berlin-based FLINTA artists, in order to present their music to a wider audience.
Visitors to last year's debut were enthusiastic about the new addition to the festival, which ‘showcases the best of folk, folk noir, indie and independent music in Berlin.’ (indie.berlin)
