Klangwerk 306 is no ordinary pop choir. Although all 47 singers have other careers in their daily lives, this choir has amassed a considerable fan base over the past 16 years through outstanding musical quality and captivating performances.

This year, they will be taking their new program "Wann?" to the TIPI AM KANZLERAMT, their first big stage appearance.
Under the artistic direction of Lili Sommerfeld (arrangements, musical direction) and Anne Grabowski (performance coaching, choreography), they liberate pop music from the shadow of the banal, highlighting its content and setting political accents.
In the medley "The Emancipation of Britney Spears," Klangwerk 306 tells the incredible story of an exceptional performer who was under her father's guardianship for 13 years. Using Britney's own lyrics and quotes, they critically examine the patriarchal structures that contributed to this, hold the media accountable, and celebrate the power of a true grassroots movement (#freeBritney).
Throughout all of this, the joy of singing and passion for pop music never fall by the wayside. Songs by Billie Eilish and Olivia Rodrigo provide modern inspiration, Chappell Roan adds glamour, and the music of MUSE, Deichkind, and Clueso offers surprises.
While Klangwerk 306 doesn't always find answers to the challenges of our time, thanks to Rio Reiser, they know what questions to ask: When, if not now? Where, if not here? How, if without love? Who, if not us?
