Havana D'Primera is considered the most important salsa orchestra in Cuba in recent years.
Founded by Alexander Abreu – one of the best trumpeters of his generation, a sought-after composer and charismatic front man – the band thrills audiences with its powerful, melodious and unmistakably Cuban sound. Hits such as Me dicen Cuba, Carita de Pasaporte and La Bailarina have long since become anthems of the scene.
The band is presenting its latest album, Pueblo Griffo, in Berlin—a pulsating mix of tradition, innovation, and pure joy of dance. Musical precision meets rousing stage presence—a real highlight for fans of salsa cubana and Latin American music!
