Vegan brunch at Michelin star level – pop-up on June 26, 2025 at Bonvivant

On June 26, 2025, plant-based haute cuisine will meet creative brunch culture at Bonvivant in Berlin – entirely free of animal products and gluten-free. Two vegan culinary experts have teamed up for this exclusive pop-up: Marion Klammer, founder of the acclaimed pop-up Wanda, and Nikodemus Berger, head chef of the Michelin-starred Bonvivant.



The brunch pop-up will serve four innovative dishes each – including highlights such as Wanda's Chicken 5000 with brioche and chili-lemon mayo or Berger's French toast with coconut ice cream and fresh strawberries.


From 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., guests will experience plant-based cuisine at its finest and get an exclusive preview of Bonvivant's new, entirely vegan brunch concept.


The brunch marks the next step in Bonvivant's transformation into a vegan fine-dining destination. A special taste experience for all those who are curious about the future of plant-based cuisine.
