The Hannes Meyer Campus in Bernau-Waldfrieden invites you to the UNESCO World Heritage Day on 1 June. From 11 am to 4 pm, guests can look forward to a lively programme with free guided tours, activities for children, music and culinary delights.

It's that time of year again on 1 June: UNESCO World Heritage Day is being celebrated across Germany - this year under the motto ‘Communicate, connect, inspire - 20 years of UNESCO World Heritage Day’.
The Hannes Meyer Campus in Bernau-Waldfrieden is also taking part and invites young and old to take part in a colourful programme from 11 am to 4 pm.

Former ADGB Federal School (UNESCO World Heritage Site)
Visitors will gain an insight into the listed ensemble of the former trade union school. At several information
Bauhaus architecture is vividly conveyed at several information stands in selected rooms.
baudenkmal bundesschule bernau e. V. association
The association presents a small exhibition with original artefacts from the Bundesschule.
Bernau Visitor Centre
Children can take part in workshops and let off steam creatively.
11.30 am: Puppet theatre on tour: The Edelbruch park theatre shows ‘The Frog King’
Upper Secondary School Centre I Barnim
Pupils from the OSZ I Barnim will be offering guided tours of the Georg Waterstradt buildings. They provide insights into the architecture and everyday school life on the campus.
Nursing school ‘Michels Bildungsforum für Gesundheitsberufe der Brandenburgklinik’
With short tours and child-friendly activities, the nursing school invites you to get to know and participate.
Brandenburg State Office for Real Estate and Building (BLB)
BLB employees introduce themselves and their work.
Live music with Jan Diller and friends from 1 pm
Culinary offer
The OSZ I Barnim offers a cake bazaar and a tombola. Barbecued sausages and cheese can be purchased from the Michels Bildungsforum.
The event is an expression of lively interaction on the Hannes Meyer Campus - and at the same time an invitation to discover the UNESCO World Heritage Bauhaus in Bernau together.
