On June 20, 2025, the INNSiDE by Meliá Hotel Berlin Mitte will host a vibrant gathering of creatives, changemakers, and visionaries: the Social Art & Design Festival by SRH Berlin returns for its third edition – and this year, for the first time, as a festival!

Under the theme “Dreaming Cities”, the festival invites participants to explore the question: What does it mean to dream a city – and who gets to live that dream? Amid social and ecological challenges, the festival becomes a space for reimagining urban futures built on inclusion, creativity, and coexistence.
Highlights include:
- Three panel discussions on Envisioning Futures, Urban Planning, and Coexistence, each with expert speakers
- Workshops, film screenings, interactive public activities, and a live concert
- A vernissage featuring 15 artworks by SRH students created for the hotel, complementing a permanent mural collection
The event is curated and organized by students of the Master’s programme Social Design and Sustainable Innovation at the SRH Berlin School of Design and Communication, in collaboration with the Institute for Art and Innovation and INNSiDE by Meliá Hotel Berlin Mitte.
