After one last big and long show weekend (Wed., 28 May - Sat., 31 May), it's time to say goodbye to the beloved bar ‘Zum Starken August’.

On Sunday, 1 June, there will be a get-together and celebration from 14:00. There will also be a symbolic funeral march from the beloved bar.
Programme:
- 14:00: Farewell meeting at Zum Starken August
- 15:00: Funeral march through the neighbourhood
- 16:00: joint exchange & colourful hustle and bustle in and in front of the bar
With this mourning ceremony, the team from ‘Zum Starken August’ not only wants to offer their (regular) guests, performers and companions a final place to meet and say goodbye - they also want to draw attention to the death of bars and clubs in Berlin, which also means a silent disappearance of culture, community and open spaces, and set an appropriate sign.
