The saxophone quartet "Sax à la Carte" consists of Beate Fritz on tenor saxophone, Holger Tamme on alto saxophone, both from Zehlendorf, as well as Christian Reinke on soprano and alto saxophone, and Peter Rosenhahn on baritone saxophone, both from Potsdam.

Sax à la Carte plays crossovers of various styles and musical eras. Their repertoire includes the Renaissance, Baroque, and Romantic periods, as well as swing and jazz, with many standards, spirituals, and gospels, as well as world music from pop and film music.
