You can expect typical Christmas treats, warm drinks and lots of arts and crafts. Perhaps you're drawn to a more unconventional Christmas market this time? 1. Christmas market with a difference
From time to time, you might want to experience something different from the repetitive, typical stalls and programmes at Berlin's many Christmas markets. The Weihnachtsrodeo Designweihnachtsmarkt offers you a modern and trendy alternative to the classics. But that's not all, of course.
Orankelichter
Outside the summer swimming season, the Strandbad Orankesee is now organising the Cultural Christmas Market Orankelichter for the second time. With atmospherically decorated trees and many stalls with festive offers. Here you will find everything from arts and crafts to Christmas delicacies. Live music, fire shows and a craft workshop for children are also on the diverse cultural programme. It certainly won't be boring!

Modern, hip and unconventional, but in a festive atmosphere? Then the Christmas rodeo design Christmas market is just the thing for you! This year, it's taking place at the Colosseum Berlin. The location changes every year. Over 150 designers and manufacturers offer creative and unique gift ideas and a large selection of street food and mulled wine. For a short break, you are cordially invited to the CHill-Out Oases.

For the first time, Ludwig-Beck-Platz, known for its summer wine and vintners' markets, is now also focussing on wine during the Christmas season. In addition to the offers you already know from the summer, the programme will be expanded to include a few Christmas highlights. Look forward to wood crafts, music and "Jochen, the Christmas elephant". And last but not least, there will also be delicious mulled wine at the WEINachtsmarkt.

2. Away from the Christmas hustle and bustle

The Köpenicker Schlossinsel offers a unique and fairytale-like ambience. A variety of artists perform on the Christmas stage and independent organisations from the district present Christmas products from their projects. You can buy everything from honey from the region to candles and traditional arts and crafts. A selection of treats, mulled wine and punch will be available for connoisseurs and a two-metre-long Christmas stollen will be served at the opening.

At Christmas time, the Neuköllner Regionalmarkt "Dicke Linda" is open for you for two hours longer, i.e. until 6 pm. On the Christmas-lit Kranoldplatz, regional traders will be offering handmade jewellery, fair fashion and creative surprises in addition to their usual range. As a visitor, you can expect to be well catered for in culinary terms. Freshly cooked from regional ingredients, you can warm up with warm soup and hot mulled wine.

Christmas market at Lehmanns Bauernhof
In a cosy and familiar atmosphere, Lehmanns Bauernhof invites you to its Christmas market. You will find various handmade, original gifts and children have the opportunity to ride ponies. Regional specialities and hot drinks are of course also on offer. By the way: The programme also includes live music in the beautiful setting of the old village church, which dates back to the 12th century. This is also the perfect opportunity to explore the old village a little.

Villa Donnersmarck is an inclusive forum for people living with a disability. Everyone is welcome here. At this Christmas market, you will discover very special gift ideas designed by people with disabilities. You can also look forward to home-baked cakes, soups, punch and, of course, mulled wine. You will have the opportunity to bake your own stick bread at various fireplaces.

Advent weekend at the FEZ-Berlin
At this Christmas market, the little ones are the big ones! The FEZ Berlin hosts a Christmas market just for children. The Christmas market offers children from the age of two a wonderful and imaginative Christmas world that can be experienced with all the senses. One of the highlights is the winter toboggan run. Parents are also cordially invited.

Art and craft Christmas market in Gatow
This Christmas market is perfect for a family Christmas outing. Whether you're looking for the last Christmas presents or want to listen to swing and blues tunes in the Gatow church. There is a dance workshop for children and when the sky starts to get dark, there is a communal Advent carol singing. Although the Christmas market itself is not that big, there is still a lot to discover here.
