T-Rex Tristan is back - Dinosaurs! Age of the giant lizards
Tristan is back and is the star of the new special exhibition: Dinosaurs! Age of the Giant Lizards. Extened until 30.11.2025 you can discover dinosaurs from no less than three geological eras for the first time - Triassic, Jurassic and Cretaceous. Dinosaurs have fascinated us since their discovery. More than 150 million years ago, they populated our earth and ruled the planet across three geological eras: Triassic, Jurassic and Cretaceous.

Thanks to their ability to adapt to changing environmental conditions, they survived one of the five great mass extinctions until their reign suddenly ended 66 million years ago. Follow in the footsteps of the giant lizards and find out exciting, interesting and unknown facts in this exhibition.
T-Rex Tristan Otto, the unique Tyrannosaurus Rex is back in Berlin, having been on display at the Natural History Museum in Copenhagen between June 2020 and the end of 2021. Tristan is a twelve-metre-long and four-metre-high skeleton of the well-known Upper Cretaceous predatory dinosaur Tyrannosaurus Rex. The T-Rex is now 66 million years old and is a source of great excitement for young and old explorers alike.
