Tip 1: Sunday brunch

There’s probably no better way to start the day than with a hearty brunch. How about brunching with some French style at Café Fleury, paying with the old German mark at Café Sieben, or enjoying a bit of Viennese coffee house tradition at Sowohlalsauch? If cycling or skating is not quite your thing, then you should consider one of the following: go to Bergwerk, Europe’s largest indoor and first adventure climbing park, play a round of mini golf in a room lit with black light, or run an obstacle course with laser beams at the German Spy Museum.

Tip 4: Romantic stroll

It doesn’t have to be quite so active, of course: a leisurely stroll is just as romantic. Possible destinations could include the Insel der Jugend (Isle of Youth), the  Modersohnbrücke (bring a lock to declare your love), or a trip to Little Venice in Spandau.

Solar in Kreuzberg or the Monkey Bar at City West are also very nice options offering a great view over the skyline of Berlin.
