If the word chocolate immediately makes your mouth water, then Walter Confiserie is the place for you. For over 100 years, they have been making nougat and marzipan specialities – traditionally by hand and using the finest ingredients. The marzipan comes from a renowned Lübeck producer with a particularly high almond content, still made in the traditional way with granite rollers and copper kettles. This is complemented by fine nougat made from hazelnuts and high-quality cocoa, as well as homemade ginger specialities.

Inspired by the wealth of experience of chocolatier and founder Hugo E. Walter, the confectionery is still carefully crafted today – honest, handmade and simply delicious.
