Easter in Berlin 2016
Easter in Berlin 2016
Spring time is coming
If we’re lucky enough to experience the first warm rays of the springtime sun by Easter, then everyone young and old will be eager to get out.
The spring season in Berlin kicks off by Easter weekend at the latest, regardless of what the weather has in store. The city’s cruise boats begin their season and the parks and forests once again adorn themselves waiting to welcome you on a walk. Hunting for Easter eggs, gathering around Easter bonfires, and many other events for the whole family will take place around Berlin over Easter weekend.
Beginning of the boating season
Everywhere you look in Berlin, you’ll see the many rivers, canals and lakes that characterise this city on the water. And Berlin’s cruise lines once again offer their tours of Berlin’s waterways, bridges, and historic sights starting in March.
