Ort Jüdischen Lebens
The Jewish community and family centre hosts a school and offers for families, a mikwe and a visitor centre with information about Jewish sights, services and shops with kosher products. A synagogue with 250 seats, a library, a multi media centre and a restaurant can also be visited.
The synagogue, designed by Sergej Tchoban and nominated for the German Architecture Award 2006, combines modernity and tradition. Jewish cuisine with kosher products is served in the restaurant Lechaim.
