Visiting the „Tierhof Alt-Marzahn“ is like traveling back in time. In the midst of a lively and modern setting that surrounds the Angerdorf, the “Tierhof” shows its visitors what animal husbandry was like in the early 20 th century.

Chicken, ducks and rabbits live in the yard. Besides the yard there are several paddocks, where goats and poneys stroll. The animal offspring is in particular adored by the children as well as adults. One of the highlights are the three alpacas that graze an the windmill post´s shade during good weathers. Visitors immerge themselves through the Tierhof into the village life of Alt-Marzahn. It keeps the promise of a brief farm holiday for the whole family in the midst of the city. It is the ideal destination for everyone who is looking for alternative and child-friendly activities in Berlin.
