Located in the historic Arminius Market Hall, which opened way back in 1891, the Pignut caters for you with a traditional southern-style barbecue. The meat specialties come from the Cookshack pellet smoker, where they are cooked in smoky air for up to 20 hours to give them an authentic flavour. The sauces are prepared according to family recipes from Alabama, while the pork is sourced from species-appropriate farming in Brandenburg.
