NOname

The art of seduction

Enjoyment with all the senses is what Berlin's trendy restaurant NOname specialises in. Star cuisine meets kink with style. This is reflected in the décor and ambience, with Lady Fuchs, immortalised in a mural, as the focal point, artfully tied up and looking down lasciviously on the guests. This is not the only homage to the scene. The team wears a classic leather harness over their shirts and there are regular live events celebrating the Japanese bondage art of Shibari.

Sensuality and pleasure

It's not just the staging of this erotic rope and knot art that is all about sensuality. The menu also focuses on seducing the senses. The dishes and menus with six to eight courses focus on the desire for novelty, far from any conventions. For example, heart, bone marrow, veal mask or Jerusalem artichoke are also served. However, the young chef Tim Tannenberger uses animal products consciously and sparingly. His culinary creations are based on vegetable varieties, with both animal and vegetable ingredients coming mainly from regional producers. In addition, there are vegetarian options. The NOname has a Michelin star since 2023.
