Youth Novels, a Polish duo consisting of singer Anna Babrakowska and guitarist Emil Nowak. The two have caused a sensation in the Polish music scene. Their music oscillates between quasi-acoustic compositions, ambient soundscapes and broadly understood alternative music.
They have played at top Polish festivals such as Open'er, OFF, Spring Break and Męskie Granie and have opened for bands such as Oh Wonder, Father John Misty, Seafret and Hooverphonic.
With three well-received EPs and singles including 'What If', 'Woman' (with over 1.5 million streams on Spotify), a stunning reworking of 'Skin' by Sam Thompson (The XX, Ellie Goulding) recorded at the famous Air Studios, and 'Hands' with Dutch producer Ferry Corsten (FERR), Youth Novels continue to wow audiences with their creativity.
Last year they released a single in collaboration with Frank Wiedemann. Their latest EP, “Blue”, showcases their musical talent and features a compelling Blue reworking by Niklas Paschburg. They are currently working on new songs to be released in the fall.
